  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach and parmesan cheese together.
  3. Stuff the salmon fillets with the spinach mixture.
  4. Season the outside of the salmon with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  5. Heat olive oil in the skillet, then add the salmon fillets.
