  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for the griddle)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (like broccoli, onions, and bell peppers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken thighs with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the griddle and place the chicken on it.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables to the griddle during the last few minutes of cooking.
  6. Once everything is cooked, remove from heat and serve immediately.
