  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond milk, honey, and eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, add more maple syrup or honey.
