2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then stir them into the potato mixture until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add spices like paprika or cayenne to the potato mixture.
