- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 8 flour tortillas, cut into strips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, and half of the cheese.
