A delicious and healthy way to prepare cod with a crispy parmesan crust using an air fryer.

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
