- 1 block firm tofu
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate it with honey, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the marinated tofu with cornstarch.
