  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
