- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 slices chicken ham, diced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, crumbled turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
