  • 1 pound sushi-grade salmon
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Combine sriracha, mayonnaise, and sesame oil in a small bowl to make the spicy sauce.
  3. On a bamboo mat, lay a sheet of nori shiny side down.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  5. Layer slices of salmon, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice.
  6. Drizzle with the spicy sauce.
  7. Carefully roll the mat away from you, keeping the filling tight.
  8. Seal the edge with a little water.
  9. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  10. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve.
