Ingredients

  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into rounds.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
  4. Tear the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
