Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the cod fillets.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, dip in the eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Fry the fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
