- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the flour mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls.
