  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, eggs, and honey.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the yogurt mixture and combine.
  3. Gradually stir in milk until you achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While pancakes are cooking, fry turkey bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
  8. Serve pancakes with turkey bacon on the side.

Notes

  • For a sweeter pancake, adjust the honey according to taste.
