A delicious high-protein taco soup featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the chicken ham until lightly browned.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped onions or bell peppers when sautéing.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less chicken broth.
