  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  4. Layer the sautéed vegetables over the cooked turkey bacon. Top with provolone cheese.
  5. Roll the turkey bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
