  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a muffin tin, press hash brown patties into the bottom and sides to form a cup.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into the hash brown cups.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in shredded cheese and green onions.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the hash brown cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set.
