  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
