1 loaf French bread, cut into cubes
2 cups fresh blueberries
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Layer half of the bread cubes in a greased baking dish and top with blueberries.
Pour the egg mixture over the top, then add the remaining bread cubes.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes.
