1 cup milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
