Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
Add spinach, feta, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
Coat a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
