  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on a sheet pan and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pitas.
  5. Once cooked, slice the chicken and assemble the pitas with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of herby ranch dressing.
