  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and minced garlic.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the ricotta and spinach mixture using a spoon.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
