  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture and sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread the meat mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Layer the frozen Tater Tots on top of the meat mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
