1 cup carrots, grated
1 package whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup hummus
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
Add chopped broccoli and grated carrots on top of the hummus.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into pinwheels.
