  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Once cooled, flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Soften the rice paper wrappers in warm water for a few seconds.
